Throughout his journey, he has consulted with and supported thousands of financial advisors, offering expertise in investment management, asset allocation, and navigating the complexities of capital markets.

Driven by a desire for deeper purpose and a passion for helping individuals achieve financial independence, Frank recognized it was time for a meaningful shift in his professional path. That clarity led him to Presidio Capital Management—a firm he had long admired for its integrity, client-first philosophy, and exceptional team culture.

Outside the office, Frank enjoys life in Oceanside with his high school sweetheart and wife, Rachel. Now embracing the empty nester chapter, they take pride in their two daughters: Isabelle, a paralegal with the Travis County District Attorney’s Office in Austin, TX, and Sophie, who’s wrapping up her final semester at CSU San Marcos.

A lifelong surfer, Frank starts most mornings chasing waves along the Oceanside coast. And when the ocean rests, you’ll likely find him flowing through a hot yoga class—staying grounded, balanced, and ready for whatever comes next.
