As President of Presidio Capital Management, he has guided entrepreneurs, investors, engineers, and corporate executives through complex financial landscapes, helping them turn wealth into meaningful, long-term impact. His firm’s rapid growth reflects not only his deep expertise but also the trust he has earned from clients and colleagues alike.
Dustin is passionate about leadership and mentorship, both in business and in life. At Presidio, he has fostered a culture of excellence, integrity, and forward-thinking strategy, ensuring that clients and colleagues alike benefit from a high-caliber team and a firm that is built for the future. He is also an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and serves on the Board of Directors for Promises2Kids, supporting foster youth in their journey toward success.
Beyond his professional life, Dustin is a devoted husband and father, finding his greatest fulfillment in his family and faith. His wife, a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), works directly with foster children, advocating for their well-being and future success. Together, they are active members of Grace Point Church in Carmel Valley, participating in Sunday services and ministry groups. Their two sons, Carson and Chase, attend Cathedral Catholic High School, excelling both academically and on the football field as they prepare for their futures.
Dustin believes that true success is measured not just in financial milestones but in the lasting impact he makes on his clients, his team, and his community. His work is driven by a commitment to excellence, trust, and long-term vision—principles that define both his career and his life.
